Michael Hussey believes that MS Dhoni will defeat Delhi Capitals with a match-winning six to cap it off in style.
Michael Hussey, the batting coach and legend of the Chennai Super Kings, had a daring prediction for Mahendra Singh Dhoni before the crucial IPL 2024 matchup between Delhi Capitals and Chennai Super Kings. Despite his team winning the first two games of the season, Dhoni, who resigned as captain this year, has not yet batted.
Even though the 42-year-old great is still waiting to swing his bat in the middle, his skills as a wicketkeeper behind the wickets have been excellent.
CSK’s batting coach Hussey believes that Dhoni will send it out with a match-winning six against the Delhi Capitals.
“MS Dhoni should bat in the final over of the game, in my opinion. In the video posted by the Indian Premier League’s official social media website, Michael Hussey stated, “The crowd will be going crazy and MSD will hit a six to finish the match.”
With a 63-run victory over GT on Tuesday, CSK has now won two straight games. On Sunday, they will take on Delhi Capitals in Visakhapatnam.

Hussey said that while Delhi will strive to win the two points, CSK will rely on their abilities and start from scratch on Saturday.
