“I began my life on railroad tracks,” Prime Minister Modi declares in Ahmedabad, setting the groundwork for ₹85,000 crore in railway development.

The initiatives were started by the PM in Gujarat’s Sabarmati district of Ahmedabad.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 12 inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of ₹85,000 crore railway projects, including the launch of 10 new Vande Bharat trains.

After visiting the Dedicated Freight Corridor’s (DFC) Operation Control Center in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the PM announced the projects from the Sabarmati area of Ahmedabad.

Speaking at a Sabarmati event, the prime minister explained that his government’s goal is to create the nation, not just win elections as others have it understood.
