Delhi Court orders Chief Minister Kejriwal to show up in person on March 16.

The Delhi Chief Minister was served with a court summons by the ED in response to its second complaint about noncompliance with its summons over the Delhi excise policy inquiry.

After the Aam Aadmi Party leader disregarded a summons from the Enforcement Directorate regarding the purported Delhi excise policy fraud, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was directed to appear in person before the Rouse Avenue Court on March 16.

The most recent ED complaint, according to official sources, concerns summonses Nos. 4 through 8, which were issued by the organization between January 14 and March 4 in accordance with Section 50 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
