Election of the Lok Sabha in 2024 With the Lok Sabha elections in just a few weeks, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has highlighted the party’s dire circumstances. Kharge claimed that the BJP-led central government had frozen the bank accounts holding the money that individuals had donated to the party, indicating that the party was experiencing a financial shortfall.
According to Kharge, the Income Tax Department has levied fines against the party. Taking aim at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP, Kharge also called on the people to stand strong together in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections to “save” the Constitution and democracy in the country and assure his party’s win.
